Chenega Facilities Management, LLC (CFM) is a subsidiary of an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. Chenega Corporation employs nearly 5,500 employees in 48 states, the District of Columbia, 1 U.S. territory, and 12 foreign countries. CFM is a financially strong contractor who has access to Chenega Corporation's $200M unsecured revolved line of credit. Mr. Scott Wallace leads the company and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and activities for all cost centers and projects as well as oversight of the technical and marketing direction of the company. Working with Mr. Scott Wallace are highly experienced Project and Program Managers at client sites and in our San Antonio, Texas office.


Military Base Operations and Support Services (BOSS), Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements (SABER), Job Order Contracting (JOC), Multiple Award Task Order Contracting (MATOC), Military Family Housing Management and Maintenance, Utilities Operations and Maintenance, Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Transportation Operations and Maintenance, Port Operations, Environmental Management, Logistics Support Services, and Administrative Support Services.
